GLUTEN FREE VANILLA ICE CREAM: Oat milk (water, oats), vegan butter (coconut oil, avocado oil, water, salt, soy lecithin), cane sugar, arrowroot starch, vanilla extract (vanilla bean, alcohol), distilled spirit (*used for texture; final product contains <0.4% ABV), sea salt, baking soda.

🌿 What’s a Distilled Spirit & Why Do We Use It?

We use a tiny amount of a distilled spirit (like vodka) in some of our ice cream sandwiches—not for flavor, but for function.


It helps keep the texture soft and scoopable straight from the freezer, so you get that perfect bite every time. Without it, our dairy-free base could freeze too hard, especially in home freezers.


💡 Don’t worry—less than 0.4% alcohol remains in the final product, and it’s perfectly safe for all ages. We’re committed to transparency and only use ingredients that serve a real purpose.
