At Bliss Cookie Jar, our top priority is serving our loyal customers; the ones who pre-order, visit us regularly, and make our business what it is.

From time to time, especially during high-demand events or when inventory is limited, we reserve the right to decline bakery-to-bakery sales. This means we may not sell directly to other bakeries, cafes, or food vendors at certain markets or pop-ups.

This policy allows us to:

 

• Ensure our regular customers can get their favorite cookies before we sell out

• Protect the recipes and creativity that make Bliss Cookie Jar unique

• Maintain the experience and consistency our community has come to expect

 

Policy Enforcement:

In order to keep this policy fair and consistent, we may limit or refuse future purchases from any vendor or individual who repeatedly disregards this policy or attempts to bypass it through a third party.

 

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you would like to guarantee your favorite cookies at a future event, we encourage you to pre-order early — they sell out quickly.
